The radio modem transfers exchange between agreed devices; it does not replace a measuring instrument, controller or control room program.
Describe the result for each object
List the sites, installed controllers and available interfaces. For each object, specify the required data and the required work cycle. This will allow you to compare the quotation for one trial node and the composition of the subsequent equipment of the rest, without replacing the task with an arbitrary number of identical modems.
The CalAmp manual describes the Integra-TR COM port with the RS-232 interface and the configuration port separately. Their roles should be distinguished when negotiating the cabinet. If the data is collected by a controller with a different interface, the desired conversion composition is checked separately; the sensors are not declared directly connected to any radio modem.

Do not limit your reception to the presence of a radio signal.
Coordinate the check from the controller to the dispatcher display. Receiving a radio signal and lighting up the indicator do not prove that the desired measurement came in the correct format. For a test object, pre-determine the data sources, normal states, and information that the operator should see.
Separately check how the existing program denotes an outdated value. This is a requirement for your project, not a promise of built-in modem functionality. If control commands are considered, their composition and admissibility are specified by the responsible system specialist; the review does not replace the automation project.

In the delivery, list the modem, necessary connections to the controller, power supply and antenna line accessories. Note the stored components separately. Frequency, configuration and configuration are verified for the current network; the model code and overall appearance do not confirm the settings of the unknown instance.
