SCADA dispatch
Collect telemetry from remote objects, redundancy of wired channels, integration with Modbus / DNP3 / IEC-101.
Professional radio modem for building data-acquisition radio networks and remote control of fixed assets. Transparent serial-data transfer, sleep and suspend modes, and software-adjustable RF power. Channel bandwidth depends on the hardware variant; protocol compatibility and port settings must be checked for the specific SCADA system.
CalAmp DataRadio Integra-TR ships in dozens of sub-band variants. The 242-4018-630 (150–174 MHz) variant is exactly the one historically used in Russian SCADA deployments and delivers the most under our operating conditions.
This is exactly the sub-band allocated in the Russian SCRF frequency plans for industrial radio. UHF Integra-TR variants are harder to deploy in Russia — no such issue here.
Data is transmitted over the radio channel exactly as it arrived on RS-232. No complex setup, no external controller — the modem behaves like a “transparent cable”.
Sleep and suspend are the two low-power modes; CalAmp Rev3 specifies less than 20 mA. RF power adjustment from 1 to 5 W is a separate transmitter setting. Size an autonomous power supply for the transmit, receive and standby duty cycle.
Compatible with every active Russian professional-radio frequency plan.
Real-time voltage, temperature, signal power and antenna-feeder status. On remote sites this means “arrive and fix”, not “arrive and spend a day chasing the cause”.
Check serial Modbus RTU, DNP3 and PLC protocols for interface, baud rate, timing and flow control. HART and network protocols may require external converters.
Set in software per network site — preserves transmitter life, reduces adjacent-channel interference and tunes the range / power-draw trade-off.
Transmission starts when data arrives on the port — no control lines needed. Full RTS/CTS support is still there for heavy traffic.
Two Integra-TR 242-4018-630 units make a fully functional repeater without any external controller. A standard solution for long oil pipelines and wide-area SCADA.
Factory operating range −30 °C to +60 °C with no extra enclosure heating. Field-proven across YaNAO, KhMAO, Yakutia and Sakhalin sites.
The manufacturer’s variant is approved for hazardous-atmosphere operation (US / Canada certification) — a clear advantage for oil & gas.
Native DIN enclosure — drops into any automation cabinet next to the PLC and PSU. No custom brackets required.

All modems in our batch are new, functional CalAmp factory units. Below are the industries where Integra-TR 150–174 MHz is deployed at scale and still the de-facto standard.
Telemetry on pipeline linear sections, valve instrumentation, oil metering units. A classic Integra-TR deployment in Russia.
Data collection from gas distribution stations, pressure monitoring, telemetry on main gas pipeline linear sections.
Polling remote PLCs, collecting telemetry from area sites. Transparent transport of compatible serial protocols.
Autonomous weather posts in remote regions. Low power + solar-panel supply — a native use case for Integra-TR.
Sites across YaNAO, KhMAO, Yakutia, Chukotka, Norilsk. Operating range from −30 °C and low power draw are the key properties.
Pump stations, clean-water tanks, sewage stations, heating substations. Remote readings and pump control without wired-link costs.
Linear telemetry, data collection from signalling and fare-control devices, monitoring of sidings and isolated sections.
Quarry equipment dispatch control, telemetry from drills and crushers, hazardous-zone alarms.
Substation telemetry, data collection from transformer stations, AMR-meter polling, remote control of isolators.
Links to shore radars, river beacons, leading marks, port facilities and floating stations.
Intrusion-alarm event delivery from the perimeters of remote sites: industrial zones, quarries, fuel depots.
Water, air and background-radiation sensors. Autonomous posts with no subscription fees and no SIM cards.
The Integra-TR 242-4018-630 operates in a single licensed VHF band 150–174 MHz — check the channel bandwidth for the hardware variant: Variant-dependent; check the specific part number. One modem — dozens of use cases, from narrowband telemetry to high-speed SCADA.
Channel bandwidth depends on the hardware variant. The modem carries serial data over RS-232; Modbus RTU and serial DNP3/IEC101 require matching settings. Modbus TCP and IEC104 need an external gateway; the modem has no built-in Ethernet interface.
Collect telemetry from remote objects, redundancy of wired channels, integration with Modbus / DNP3 / IEC-101.
Wellpad telemetry, metering nodes, pipeline cathodic protection, remote pump stations and tank farms.

We ship Integra-TR 242-4018-630 by courier to any location in Russia and the CIS. Below is a schematic map of the key cities and regions we deliver to.
The map is schematic. Shipment is available to any city across Russia and the CIS via carriers.
The real range of the Integra-TR 242-4018-630 depends on three factors: antenna mounting height, transmit power (1–5 W in software) and channel width. In open terrain with a Yagi/collinear antenna on a 15–25 m mast, 25 kHz spacing and 5 W, confident line-of-sight links span tens of kilometres.
For complex terrain, a “two Integra-TR units in half-duplex” repeater scheme is used — assembled directly from units in this batch.
How Integra-TR 150–174 MHz is actually used in Russia — not theory, but sites where units have been running and passing data for years.
Integra-TR units live in line-valve automation cabinets along the trunk pipeline. Transparent Modbus-RTU traffic with low-level PLCs — not a single workaround on the SCADA side.
Radio link from a linear metering point to a modular control post. Solar + battery power with sleep-mode draw below 20 mA per Rev3.
Two Integra-TR units form a repeater on an observation-tower mast, gathering data from every mining machine and pump station over DOX with no control lines.
Scattered sewage stations and tanks are unified into a single network with no wiring costs and no mobile-operator subscriptions.
Operating temperature starts at −30°C. Daily energy use must be calculated from transmit, receive and sleep durations; 0.5 Ah/day is not a universal rated limit.
Status monitoring of leading-mark opto-electric systems: light on/off, battery voltage. Polled from the shore centre over the radio channel.

This is the specific variant covering the VHF 150–174 MHz band. CalAmp builds more than 30 Integra-TR versions for different sub-bands (132–174 MHz, 380–512 MHz and so on). Our SKU is the one historically used in Russian SCADA, oil & gas and Far North deployments.
The family includes 6.25/12.5 kHz and 12.5/25 kHz hardware variants. Check the specific 242-4018-630 documentation and the frequency authorization for the network.
No. Integra-TR is a transparent asynchronous radio modem. Anything arriving on RS-232 from your PLC or computer is forwarded into the radio channel without distortion or processing. Serial-protocol compatibility depends on baud rate, timing and flow control.
Yes. Sleep and suspend draw less than 20 mA according to Rev3. Receiver wake-up takes 45–60 ms and transmitter wake-up 55–70 ms; a cold start takes about 4 s. Reliable delivery depends on the protocol, buffering and system settings.
