Archive of passports of devices with AI: range, units and configuration
The archive contains passports of several configuration devices, and the employee needs to find the range and output signal of a particular instance. The assistant should show the appropriate documents and exact lines. A similar model name does not give reason to transfer the parameters of another configuration in response.
Source card is more important than the general name of the series
For each document, keep the manufacturer, full designation, configuration, editing and link to a specific copy if it is an individual passport. The general catalog of the series and the passport of the delivered device perform different roles. The answer should show what type of document the parameter is taken from.
If the designation lacks an ending, the application shows possible documents and requests clarification. Do not collect the range from one configuration, the output signal from another, and the operating conditions from a third. This set looks complete, but does not apply to a particular product.
Value is stored together with unity and context.
Separately write the original string, numerical value, unit and purpose of the field. Measurement range, allowable load and operating limit may contain similar numbers but answer different questions. Retrieval of the text should retain the table title and related notes.
Consistent program rules can be used for normalized numbers and rounding. The Python decimal documentation describes the accurate representation of decimal values and rounding control. Such arithmetic does not correct the recognition error and does not increase the accuracy of the measuring device: the initial value must still be checked.
Check for similar documents
Prepare two adjacent configurations, a negative boundary range, a decimal point number, and a document with a poorly readable unit. For each question, ask the correct source and acceptable answer. The system must abandon the confident value if the desired field is not confirmed.
The employee needs a transition to the page and fragment of the table, as well as a visible indication of the incomplete designation. If different versions contradict each other, the conflict is transferred to the person responsible for the documents. The search result is not an automatic engineering confirmation of the applicability of the device in the installation.
How to describe the project before selecting equipment
Indicate the number and size of documents, languages, availability of scans, list of retrievable parameters and user groups. The work separately includes import, recognition, source catalog, storage of confirmed fields and search with the cited page. Connection to the instance accounting system is agreed as a separate integration.
The server is selected according to the verified operating mode of the application. The quotation requires the exact characteristics of the equipment, model, programs and control batch of passports. When updating, repeat examples with similar configurations and complex numbers, keeping old sources and the history of confirmed fixes.

Similarities help to find candidates. An accurate answer requires a full designation, an appropriate source, and an employee verification, especially when the parameters of the adjacent configuration vary.

Nope. The application prepares verified passport information and references to documents. The decision on applicability in a particular installation is made according to the requirements of the project and equipment documentation.
