Satellite equipment and kits

Before purchasing, determine which program is receiving data and what messages it needs. For telemetry, the compatibility of the receiving software and the transmission mode are essential, for voice - a separate communication organization.

If a field service receives equipment in Ukhta for sites in the Pechora basin, start with the software receiving the messages and the required data. A shore base in Surgut on the Ob should distinguish telemetry from voice communication when specifying the equipment and service. For a kit handed over through Tobolsk on the Irtysh, identify the final recipient, power arrangements and retained components. Supplying a satellite device does not change an existing radio-link protocol or create a ready-made server integration. Agree the required data flow separately from the supply route.
